This page explains what personal data is processed when you visit theaimove.se or contact us, and what rights you have. In short: we use no cookies, no tracking and no analytics.

Who is responsible

The AI Move is an initiative from Crisp. Crisp AB is the data controller for the processing described here.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. We use no analytics, ad networks or social media tracking pixels. Fonts, images and videos are served from our own website, not loaded from anyone else. Only when you sign up for the newsletter is your email address sent to Mailchimp, see below.

That is why there is no cookie banner. If this changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent before using anything that is not needed for the website to work.

When you visit the website

The website runs on Cloudflare’s network (Cloudflare, Inc.). To deliver the pages and protect them from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of request. This data is used only for operation and security and is kept briefly. Cloudflare is our data processor.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

When you contact us

The contact form sends nothing to a server. When you click the button, your own email program opens with a pre-filled message to hello@theaimove.se, and you send it yourself. Email to hello@theaimove.se is forwarded via Cloudflare Email Routing to Crisp’s email.

We use what you write, such as name, email address, organisation, role and message, to reply to you and, if you want, plan a collaboration. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and steps before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

We keep the correspondence for four years after the last contact, or for a shorter time if you ask us to delete it. The exception is information we must keep by law, for example under bookkeeping rules.

The newsletter

If you sign up for the newsletter, your email address is sent to Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.), which we use to send it. You first receive an email asking you to confirm. Mailchimp is our data processor.

Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every issue or by emailing hello@theaimove.se. We then remove you from the list.

Mailchimp records whether an issue is opened and which links are clicked. We only look at this in aggregate, to understand what readers find useful.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Cloudflare and Mailchimp are US companies and may process data outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers are protected by the European Commission’s decision on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have errors corrected and to have your data erased. You can also ask us to restrict processing, object to it and receive your data in a machine-readable format.

Email hello@theaimove.se and we will reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.

Changes

We update this page when something changes. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
